Fulfillment Details
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and confirmed for stock availability before payment is requested. Once payment is received and verified, orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Tracking
A USPS tracking number is sent to your email within 48 hours of shipment. Allow up to 48 hours after receiving the number for USPS to show initial scan activity.
Protective Packaging
Orders are packed in plain shipping materials with appropriate protective cushioning. The return address identifies Landmark Biotech.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. All inventory is warehoused and fulfilled domestically.
Secure Packaging
Vials are individually wrapped and packed with protective cushioning material inside a sealed outer box to prevent damage in transit.
Lost or Damaged
Contact us at support@contact.landmarkbio.tech within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate and resolve.
